Job Summary

As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and administration of IT environments, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your daily tasks will involve managing Active Directory, DHCP, user permissions, and Exchange servers, alongside administering Microsoft 365 and Azure services. You will also oversee file and print services, monitor systems for proactive incident management, and perform patch management for server and system environments. Additionally, the role includes network administration, configuring and maintaining firewalls, and supporting VoIP telephone systems.
