The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of virtual and physical Linux servers, including HP HP-Synergy, HP Blade Center, HP Proliant, and HP 3PAR-Storage. Key responsibilities also include incident and problem management, contributing to operational release management for Core and Radio Networks, and managing changes and configurations. The position requires strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues and meticulous documentation. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification; or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or IT Systems Salesperson

Experience

  • Professional experience as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or IT Systems Salesperson
  • Experience with HP HP-Synergy, HP Blade Center, HP Proliant, and HP 3PAR-Storage
  • Experience in server environments (RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS)
  • Experience with 2nd Level Support for RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems
