Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Building Services and Utilities Engineer to join the Office for County Real Estate and Building Construction in Plochingen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing external technical planning services for new construction and renovation projects, independently implementing technical renovation measures, and managing the procurement process including obtaining and reviewing offers and service specifications. Key responsibilities also include conducting acceptance procedures, handing over projects to users, providing operational support for all building technical systems, and acting as the client representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in building services and utilities, particularly in heating, ventilation, sanitary, and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) systems, alongside excellent organizational and negotiation skills. Education
Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma Engineer degree in Building Services and Utilities Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction
- Experience in heating, ventilation, sanitary, and MCR systems (preferred)
Languages
Additional
- Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to use own car for business travel.
