Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician to support a leading IT service provider's client, the DLR, primarily in the Dresden area with occasional travel to Cottbus, Zittau, Jena, and Bremen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and rollout of client hardware, performing technical function tests, and meticulously documenting results. A key part of the job involves managing service requests and incidents within a Windows client environment, providing user consultation for WDS, and maintaining essential checklists and asset data. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with specialist teams to set up and dismantle network components, ensuring seamless IT operations for the client.
