Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing first-level technical assistance, primarily handling incoming support requests via phone and chat. The successful candidate will be tasked with adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to second-level support when necessary. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with common IT systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Assistant, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification (preferred).

- Professional experience with SINA devices (preferred)
