Job Summary

This role involves providing direct, hands-on IT support to users within a leading European IT service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing onsite support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing tickets, and setting up and dismantling workstations. Key tasks include troubleshooting issues directly with users, managing and deploying notebooks, handling equipment issuance and returns, and providing technical assistance for both in-person and remote meetings. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with experience in IT support and ticketing systems, who is comfortable working in early and late shifts. It offers excellent career prospects and a potential for permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

Experience
