Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users of Syensqo. The position involves handling electronic tickets for 1st and 2nd level support, setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, and installing software. A key part of the job is troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365, and good knowledge of standard hardware and Google Suite.
