Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing user support for disruptions and problems, identifying and verifying errors, and resolving issues remotely. The specialist will also prioritize and classify inquiries using a ticket system, and maintain documentation within a knowledge database. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in IT, several years of experience in user support, and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs. This position offers an attractive salary, a 40-hour work week, and opportunities for professional development within a leading IT service provider in Germany.
