As the Head of IT, you will be a pivotal leader driving the global SAP and Microsoft-based IT strategy for the TALKE Group. Your role involves proactively leveraging digitalization potentials, implementing company-wide IT solutions and standards, and fostering efficiency, reliability, and agility across processes. You will initiate strategic IT projects, oversee roll-outs, support international client projects, and integrate new entities. A key aspect of this position is fostering employee development and strengthening the corporate culture through collaborative efforts. You will act as a sparring partner for the executive board and departments, positioning IT as a reliable partner while reporting directly to the management on IT solutions and new concepts.
