Job Summary

As a Production Planner specializing in Electronics, you will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes for serial products and new developments in the fields of electronics and power electronics. Your daily tasks will involve planning, developing, and enhancing assembly and testing systems, analyzing existing workflows, and designing new assembly processes, including layout planning and procurement of fixtures and equipment. You will be responsible for creating work and test plans, determining standard times, and meticulously documenting all relevant data in SAP. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team. You will apply Lean methodologies to continuously improve efficiency and quality, working closely with various departments such as Assembly, Quality, Development, Testing, Construction, and Product Assurance.
