Job Summary

As an Assembly Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of international assembly operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Your daily tasks will involve meticulously planning the deployment of external assembly service providers and coordinating with international branch offices. You will act as the central point of contact for global service centers, manage the logistics of international assignments for assembly technicians, including travel arrangements, and provide essential administrative support. A key part of your responsibility will also be to organize and conduct training programs for international assembly technicians, ensuring they are well-prepared for their assignments worldwide. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong intercultural communication skills and a background in business administration or engineering.
