Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Head of Electrical Production to lead and develop the electrical manufacturing department for a leading international crane and conveying technology company based in Sassenberg, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire electrical production process, including personnel deployment, detailed planning of manufacturing orders, and continuous optimization of workflows to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, occupational safety, and on-time delivery. Additionally, the role involves supervising apprentices within the electrical production area. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with an electrical engineering focus (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering/Automation Technology, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician) or comparable qualification; Successfully completed further training as a Technician, Industrial Master, or Trades Master in Electrical Engineering; Potentially AdA-Schein (Instructor Aptitude Certificate)
Experience
- Initial experience in leading employees
- Willingness to take on responsibility (e.g., from previous role as shift supervisor, foreman, workshop manager)
- Experience in assembling electrical components in mechanical engineering
- Experience in control cabinet construction for large systems
