Job Summary

This role is for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the Medical Controlling department in a leading hospital group in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organizing internal meetings, including planning, minute-taking, and task follow-up. A key part of the role involves providing organizational and coordination support for various projects aimed at enhancing clinical and administrative documentation, coding, workflow optimization, and interface management. Additionally, the assistant will contribute to or independently support OPS structure reviews, G-BA guideline examinations by the MD, and documentation provision for performance groups. The position also requires strong analytical skills for creating statistics, evaluations, and ad-hoc analyses to ensure performance and revenue, and acting as backup for external quality assurance and data delivery for the Homebase project. This part-time, initially fixed-term position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care within a modern healthcare service provider.
