As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing comprehensive first and second-level support. Your daily tasks will involve managing user accounts, licenses, and roles, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. A significant part of the role includes administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure, including Windows clients, servers, virtual machines, and network configuration.
