Job Summary

Join the IT-Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) as a Specialist Architect focusing on Enterprise Architecture. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Germany's largest IT landscapes, supporting over 100 applications and 180,000 workstations. You'll work within an agile Architecture Office, collaborating with product and platform teams to ensure strategic alignment and continuous development of the IT landscape. Your day-to-day will involve creating transparency across the IT environment (current state, roadmap, target architecture), identifying architectural potentials, and operationalizing IT strategy implementation. You will also represent the EA team's overarching view in decision forums, analyze technical contexts, and contribute to the evolution of the existing Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) solution, from requirements analysis to portal and backend implementation.
