Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to head complex electrical projects from conception to completion. The role involves overseeing all service phases according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), ensuring technical project responsibility from planning to execution and acceptance. A key aspect of this position is communication and coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and internal teams, maintaining a high degree of customer orientation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing project team members, and optimizing internal processes.
