Job Summary

This role involves working on innovative high-voltage traction drives for trucks and buses, focusing on cross-brand projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating the entire drive system, including the E-machine, gearbox, and control units, into the overall vehicle. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners, taking ownership of project tasks, managing team efforts, and presenting results. Key responsibilities also include supporting package investigations, requirements management, and prototype documentation, while ensuring the timely provision of prototype parts and series documents. Ideal candidates will have a background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or vehicle technology, with experience in developing mechatronic components or electric motors.
