As a Digital HR Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital HR landscape for an international automotive and technology group. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic development of the Digital HR Roadmap in collaboration with global HR and IT stakeholders, alongside the operational management and continuous optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent. You will act as a Product Owner for specific areas, identify and prioritize global HR processes for digital implementation, and work closely with various internal teams.
