As a Digital HR Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the digital HR roadmap for an international automotive industry leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategically developing the digital HR roadmap with international HR and IT stakeholders, operatively managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Talent), and acting as a Product Owner for specific areas. You will identify and prioritize global HR processes for digital implementation, collaborating closely with IT, HR Business Partners, and international leadership.
