Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and quality by accurately measuring components against CAD data and technical drawings. This involves utilizing a range of measurement tools, from manual instruments to CNC-controlled 3D measuring machines. A key part of your day will be analyzing measurement results, identifying deviations, and meticulously documenting findings through detailed measurement reports. You will also be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of measuring devices, developing and optimizing measurement programs for automated systems, and troubleshooting any measurement errors. This position requires strong collaboration with production, quality assurance, and design teams to maintain consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in metrology, practical experience with documentation software and MS Office, and fluent German language skills.
