Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated scientist to join the Downstream Process Development team at a leading global service provider for biotherapeutics in Julich, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent planning, execution, and documentation of small-scale purification experiments for recombinant proteins under GMP conditions. Key responsibilities include applying quality by design principles, evaluating unit operation performance, presenting results, and supporting tech transfer activities. The position requires strong hands-on experience with downstream purification techniques, statistical knowledge, and familiarity with quality principles.
