Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and active promotion of digitalization within the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) by managing their E-File system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical administration and configuration of the E-File Bund, providing training and workshops to users, and offering expert advice on implementing internal organizational processes. Key responsibilities also include maintaining and adapting documentation, resolving service requests and disruptions, and conducting functional tests for quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or Administrative Sciences, or a related field, coupled with strong IT knowledge in document digitalization and excellent communication skills. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences or university degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) in Computer Science, Administrative Sciences, or a comparable field, OR a completed vocational training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience and proven abilities and knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT knowledge of document digitalization
- Experience in E-File Bund administration (desired)
- Experience in conducting training and/or workshops (desired)
