Job Summary
This role involves managing the end-to-end client offboarding process for Global Wealth Management clients in Zurich. The specialist will be responsible for orchestrating all necessary activities, including managing cash and asset transfers, product cancellations (cards, loans), and deactivating accounts and relationships. Key activities include collaborating with internal partners like the Asset Transfer Team and Front/Back Office, supporting the Front Office with client contact and mandate closures, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures while actively seeking process enhancements. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of banking products, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. This position requires fluency in both German and English and offers a potential career path within a major financial institution.

Commercial education/diploma or comparable education; higher graduation is an advantage
Experience
- Professional experience in end-to-end Client Offboarding handling
- Professional experience collaborating with various internal banking partners (e.g., Asset Transfer Team, Front/Back Office)
- Professional experience in identifying and escalating risk items

- Must work 5 days a week from the Office in Opfikon, Zurich (not remote/hybrid). Full-time capacity (42 hours per week) is required. This is a temporary position until December 31, 2026.
