This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a service desk team, focusing on analyzing existing IT infrastructure and identifying optimization potential. Day-to-day responsibilities include professionally handling incoming phone inquiries and incident reports, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (1st-Level Support). The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT, practical experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk functions, and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and O365.
