Job Summary

The Senior IT Architect will be responsible for defining the end-to-end target architecture for identity management, authorization, and delegated management within a regulated government environment. A key focus is promoting an API-driven and event-oriented integration style, ensuring identity processes can be implemented effectively for the government, and prioritizing customer needs through self-service solutions. The role involves creating the architectural foundation within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and collaborating closely with the overall unit architecture team. This is a unique opportunity to drive large-scale modernization projects, developing a secure, API/event-driven platform that supports federated identities and secure access management. The position requires strong technical leadership and proficiency in complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.

  • At least 10 years of experience in software architecture and data architecture.
  • More than 3 years of experience managing large-scale modernization projects in regulated environments.
  • Solid knowledge of event-oriented data provisioning and ETL processes within IAM/IGA contexts.
  • Experience with API standards, CI/CD processes, and container management.
  • Technical leadership skills, including experience leading projects and mandates.
