Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to support the Production Management in a pharmaceutical setting, focusing on both solid and liquid production lines. Key responsibilities include coordinating production workflows, managing personnel and vacation schedules, conducting employee discussions, and optimizing machine utilization for cost-efficiency. The successful candidate will also handle project-specific tasks, create and manage work instructions, and conduct employee training. Required Skills
Education
Completed 3-year technical vocational training with additional qualification as a state-certified Technician or Master
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in a technical field
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment, preferably adhering to GMP guidelines
- Experience in operating semi-automatic production facilities for encapsulation and packaging processes is desirable
- Proven experience in initial leadership positions (Team Lead or Group Lead)
- Experience in aspects of production management is a plus
