Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor's or FH-Diplom) with a focus on educational sciences or media pedagogy, OR a degree in higher non-technical administrative service (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt*in or Bachelor), OR advanced training as an administrator (e.g., Verwaltungslehrgang II, Angestelltenlehrgang II), all with a grade of 'good' or better.
Experience
- At least 3 years in the conception, development, and implementation of digital learning formats
- Professional experience in content management on learning platforms
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in digital education

- Occasional planned business trips, primarily to Berlin, are required. Foreign educational qualifications must be accompanied by proof of equivalence to a German degree.
