Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist in HR Systems & Digitalization, acting as a crucial link between HR, IT, and other departments. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of monthly payroll, maintain and develop SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS Fiori), and provide first-level support for SAP HCM. A key responsibility involves actively participating in and ideally leading the migration of the SAP HCM system to SAP H4S4, contributing expert knowledge in processes and technical implementation. The position also entails analyzing and optimizing HR processes, extending ESS/MSS scenarios, and collaborating on digitalization projects across the company. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field; or completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a Certified HR Specialist, IT Specialist, or comparable additional qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources Management
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Experience in understanding both functional HR requirements and their technical implementation in SAP HCM
  • Experience with systemic thinking and recognizing interdependencies between SAP modules
  • Experience in taking requirements, translating them into solutions, and implementing them with departments and external service providers
  • Experience in actively participating in, and ideally leading, projects for HR digitalization, specifically SAP HCM to SAP H4S4 migration
