Job Summary

The Max Planck Institute for Geoanthropology, a highly international and interdisciplinary research institution, is seeking a Process and Project Manager to support the Director of the 'Integrative Earth System Science' department. This role involves coordinating and managing processes within the department, including developing efficient workflows, assisting with annual planning, and overseeing large-scale projects and their sub-projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resource and time management, organizing workshops and conferences, and supporting the preparation of tenders and contracts. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in both English and German, and experience in science and agile project management.
