Job Summary

This exciting management role involves strategic and operational oversight of Global Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and material management within a dynamic, international project environment focused on exhibition, event, and shop construction. You will be responsible for developing national and global logistics strategies, coordinating operational freight, customs, and shipping processes worldwide, and managing relationships with global shipping service providers. Key duties include monitoring logistics service providers, managing contracts, risk assessment, and continuous process optimization (including KPI definition like delivery times, quality, and compliance). Working closely with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Project Management, you ensure seamless logistics processes that meet the demands of global projects, synchronizing international timelines with transport and production schedules. The ideal candidate must possess relevant education in Logistics/SCM or Business Administration, coupled with extensive experience managing international SCM networks. Fluent German and very good English skills are essential for success in this role, offering the chance to shape global logistics structures within a market-leading company.
