Job Summary
This role is for a dynamic and organized HR Payroll, Benefits & Compensations Administrator who will independently manage all aspects of payroll, benefits, and compensation for employees. Key responsibilities include timely payroll processing, creating employment contracts, amendments, and references. The administrator will be the primary contact for employees regarding payroll, social security, tax, and labor law questions, and will communicate with health insurance companies, offices, and authorities. The position also involves generating HR reports, evaluations in DATEV, and other HR-related statistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a commercial background or relevant degree, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to HR.
Required Skills
Education
Commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR or tax (e.g., Tax Clerk, Office Management Clerk), or a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Experience
- Professional experience in payroll, benefits, and compensation administration
- Experience in creating employment contracts and references
- Experience in communicating with employees, authorities, and health insurance companies
