The COMBASE AG, a leading provider of cloud-based Point of Sale applications, is seeking a talented 2nd Level Support Specialist to join their IT Service and System Integration team in Dresden. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical problems, configuring IT system environments, and actively communicating with customers via phone and ticketing systems. A key aspect of the role is the flexibility to conduct on-site installations and training sessions nationwide in Germany.
