Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a growing trading company as an HR Business Partner, responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle across assigned business units (Logistics and Industry) located in Western Switzerland, including supporting the setup of new locations. This versatile role involves comprehensive HR consulting, employee support, personnel planning, recruitment, and professional development. You will serve as the primary contact for line managers, actively engaging in HR projects, change management initiatives, and coordinating occupational health management (BGM). Supported by a dedicated HR Service and Payroll team, you will report directly to the Head of HR. Required Skills

Education

Advanced training as an HR Specialist or a University Degree with a specialization in Human Resources.

Experience

  • Multi-year professional experience in a comparable HR function (e.g., HR Manager, HRBP).
  • Experience gained specifically within the Logistics and/or Industrial sectors.
  • Practical experience across all facets of the HR lifecycle (Recruiting, Support, Personnel Development, Project work).
