Job Summary

Join a multinational biotechnology company in Solothurn as a Warehouse and Dispensing Associate on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. In this critical operational role, you will be responsible for executing essential material management and weigh/dispense activities strictly adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards. Daily tasks include managing the receipt and recording of GMP materials using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), performing unloading, weighing, packing, and shipping, and safely handling materials, including toxic substances, within the dispensary. You will also monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct cycle counts, and maintain necessary documentation in a cGMP environment. The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), prior experience as an operator or technical craftsman, and a minimum B2 English proficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a highly regulated international biopharmaceutical setting.
