Job Summary
This role is for a motivated and dynamic Technical Consultant passionate about technology, eager to take on responsibility, and comfortable with direct customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The successful candidate will provide technical customer support and consulting, assist with presales activities, and conceptualize, install, and maintain various systems, including MDM, RFID, and label printing solutions. A key aspect of the role involves integrating labeling solutions into customer systems, providing technical support, and conducting error analysis. Additionally, the consultant will train users, support software updates, and manage internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and client support, ensuring IT security and performing backups. This position offers a diverse range of tasks and opportunities for professional growth in a technology-focused environment.
Required Skills
Education
Technical education (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician, Computer Scientist, or IT Specialist) or relevant experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in a technical role, preferably in IT system electronics, computer science, or IT specialist fields
- Experience with direct customer contact and technical consulting
- Experience in system integration and technical implementation
- Experience with IT infrastructure and client support
