Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician to support one of Europe's leading IT service providers, working with a major client, DLR. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring client hardware, performing system rollouts, conducting functional checks, and meticulously documenting results. Day-to-day tasks also include processing service requests and incidents within the Windows client environment, advising users on WDS, and maintaining checklists and asset data. Collaboration with specialized teams for network component installation and de-installation is also a key part of the role.
