Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues directly at the client's location. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and configuring workstations, including Teams telephony, maintaining various hardware components and media technology, and managing assets and customer hardware inventory. A key responsibility is diagnosing and resolving technical disturbances directly on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT systems electronics or system integration, strong support experience in hardware or field service, and excellent customer orientation.
