Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on direct user assistance and hardware management. Day-to-day tasks include performing onsite support, handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and processing tickets. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting issues, managing and deploying notebooks, and overseeing hardware inventory. Additionally, you'll be involved in issuing and reclaiming equipment and mobile devices, providing initial user instructions, and offering technical support for both in-person and remote meetings. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Experience with ticketing systems

  • Driver's license Class B; Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
