This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential first-level support to end-users, including employees of Deutsche Bank. The position involves managing customer inquiries, distributing and retrieving loan devices, and assisting users with issues related to Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. The specialist will also advise users on product selection and system usage, handle technical administration, and support IP telephony, operating systems, and VPN. A key part of the role is documenting all requests in a ticketing system.
