Job Summary

As a Quality Engineer in the innovative medical technology sector, you will be crucial in ensuring manufacturing excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include executing and analyzing manufacturing process validations, qualifying plant equipment, and developing in-process inspection plans. You will coordinate critical validations, such as sterilization and transport, with external partners. A core part of the role involves evaluating data and test results, maintaining meticulous documentation, and driving continuous process optimization. Furthermore, you will conduct internal and external audits, promote quality awareness among staff, and lead internal training sessions. Success requires a technical background, advanced education (Bachelor/TS or Quality Management), expertise in ISO standards, process validation experience (ideally in MedTech), and strong ERP knowledge.
