Job Summary

This challenging and diverse role, based in Zurich, places you as the Team Leader for the Abacus Service Desk, managing a team of six employees within a leading consulting and IT company. Your primary responsibility is ensuring professional and efficient support delivery, which includes developing and refining support processes and tools. Day-to-day tasks involve handling and coordinating complex support inquiries, managing escalations, and analyzing quality assurance reports. You will be crucial in fostering team development and maintaining close collaboration with internal teams and the software vendor. The position offers significant autonomy, short decision-making paths, and highly attractive employment conditions, including up to 60% home office flexibility and flexible working hours. To succeed, you must bring multi-year experience in Abacus application support, coupled with either existing leadership experience or a strong motivation to step into a management role. Fluent German and English communication skills are essential.

Experience
