This role is for an experienced and highly organized Civil Engineer to lead significant construction and property initiatives for the city of Bad Gandersheim. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will independently manage new construction and expansion projects, from creating service specifications and overseeing execution to managing billing and public lighting. A key focus will be applying public procurement law for tenders and working closely with local utilities. Additionally, this position involves leadership responsibilities, overseeing departments such as structural engineering, building management, civil engineering, playgrounds, and properties.
