Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity within the 60-80% capacity range, focusing on HR coordination and specialized Global Mobility tasks for a leading technology company in specialized plant construction based in Zurich East. As a key member of the 5-person HR team, you will manage complex international assignments, including coordinating delegations, handling contracts, securing VISAs, and processing necessary forms (A1/CoC). You will also be responsible for administering hourly billing for assigned projects via SAP and optimizing international HR processes. The position serves as the primary contact for HR administration, social security, and work permit inquiries, requiring strong knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law. You will also collaborate with the Head of HR on strategic projects like HRIS implementation and process optimization, making this a varied and impactful specialist role within a sympathetic corporate culture.

Required Skills

Education

Relevant HR specific further education or specialization in Global Mobility, OR a degree in Business Administration (e.g., Human Capital Management specialization).

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in comparable HR functions (HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Sr. HR Assistant)
  • Demonstrated experience handling Global Mobility topics
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
