Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Civil Engineer with a focus on infrastructure projects, joining the municipality of Waldbronn. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing and managing various civil engineering measures, including road construction, sewage, and drinking water systems. Key responsibilities involve developing concepts with planning offices, designing smaller renovation projects, and managing the full project lifecycle from calculation and procurement to billing. The position requires strong adherence to VOB and UVgO regulations, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. Additionally, the role includes assessing the sustainability of projects aligned with SDG principles and serving as the technical operations manager for the water supply utility, with opportunities to represent projects in community committees and deputize for department leadership. This is a permanent, versatile, and responsible position within a supportive public service environment.
