Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to join Siegfried, a global CDMO in the pharmaceutical industry, known for its high standards of safety and quality. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will manage the full administrative and operational lifecycle of personnel, ensuring the reliability of HR data within systems like SAP or Workday. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, handling entries, mutations, and exits, and collaborating closely with the payroll department regarding absences and activity rates. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on daily HR matters, including Swiss labor law, internal regulations, and managing the complete recruitment and onboarding process. Furthermore, you will oversee apprentice and intern programs, working with trainers and vocational schools. This position requires deep expertise in Swiss social insurance and labor law, combining administrative rigor with strong interpersonal skills to drive continuous process improvement and digitization within a dynamic, demanding environment.
