Job Summary
This full-time position at the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy involves contributing to the core principles of Bavaria's innovation and technology policy. The successful candidate will manage affairs and promote Life Sciences, particularly industrial biotechnology, and handle correspondence with various governmental and parliamentary bodies. Key responsibilities also include overseeing funding matters for the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) and the Ludwig Erhard Center, as well as preparing for and attending committee meetings. The role requires strong analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, target-oriented approach. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, biology, physics, or economics, coupled with an interest in innovation and research policy, and a willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
Required Skills
Education
University Diploma or Master's degree (consecutive, at least 300 ECTS) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biology, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics, with a grade of 1.8 or better.

- Professional experience in Life Sciences and technology promotion (desirable)
- Experience interacting with state-sponsored organizations (desirable)
