Job Summary
As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of artificial intelligence by designing, building, and deploying innovative AI agents using cutting-edge platforms and large language models like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini. Your daily tasks will involve developing user-friendly Agentic AI applications for employees, readers, and advertisers, while continuously evaluating and integrating the latest machine learning libraries and orchestration tools. You will apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and extend AI workflows by integrating in-house trained LLMs to deliver complex AI functionalities efficiently and reliably. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a cross-functional AI team, contributing to a dynamic media house focused on fostering pluralistic and independent local journalism, supported by flat hierarchies, agile structures, and continuous professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in IT or data-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with applications like LangSmith or crewAI
- Practical experience in using Machine Learning and Agentic AI libraries, frameworks, and tools
- Professional experience in managing and optimizing architecture and infrastructure
- Professional experience in developing and integrating APIs and other interfaces
