Job Summary

As a Data Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining robust data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, availability, and reliability. Your daily tasks will involve designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance data pipelines (ETL) and modern data architectures, including Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity through validation, cleaning, and error handling, as well as implementing and monitoring data security measures. This role requires close collaboration with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other teams to provide relevant datasets, automate data processes, and troubleshoot infrastructure. You will also provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to a dynamic team focused on data-driven decisions within a growing media house in Munich.
