Job Summary
This role involves taking full responsibility for the SAP S/4HANA transformation at Dr. Wolff Group, from initial planning through to the completion of the migration phase. The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive transformation strategy and roadmap, coordinating a thorough preliminary study and building a strong internal project team. Day-to-day tasks include managing all sub-projects across various business areas like Finance, Sales, and Production, translating business needs into IT requirements, and overseeing external implementation partners. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective stakeholder management, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively communicating with executive leadership.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience as overall project manager for a successful SAP S/4HANA transformation, ideally within a medium-sized company
- Practical experience leading complex international transformation projects with a strong business focus
- In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, QM, PP) and their integration into business processes
- Experience in tendering, selecting, and managing implementation partners
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP Business One (ideally)
