Job Summary
This role involves joining the Service Desk team, acting as the primary technical contact for 1st level support. Your core mission will be ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of ICT infrastructures, including client systems, for various SME customers. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, creating and updating essential customer documentation, and actively assisting team members in implementing new client projects. The ideal candidate holds an IT Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) combined with several years of ICT support experience. You must possess proven expertise across key infrastructure areas such as Server management, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, and Azure cloud services. This position offers excellent internal development opportunities, allowing you to transition from a generalist to a specialist, alongside flexible working hours, home office options, and a modern workplace environment. Success requires a strong service orientation, high quality standards, and fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Education
Federal VET Diploma in Computer Science / IT Specialist
Experience
- Professional experience in ICT Support (several years)
- Proven technical expertise in Server, Storage, Virtualization, Network, and Azure
- Experience providing direct customer contact and 1st Level Service Desk support
